1. Is there a real need for Made to Measure garments? Because we never know before trying it.

Every woman is unique in their ways. Some women's upper and lower bodies may differ in size. Some of the chest and shoulder won’t fall on the one-size formula. There are a lot of problems women face during garment selection. In some women, their arms will be shorter than the standard size of the sleeve that has been provided with the garment. So it will be hard for them to get the right sleeve that is appropriate for them.

Overall every woman is unique. So we don't want to fit into their standard size, either the garment should fit into you. Made to measure is the solution for better fitting of the garment. We have been using standard size for a very long time and we are used to that fitting, which is not you. If you try once made to measure garment, you can notice the difference and feel good.

2. How makemyclothing.com is different from other made-to-measure clothing companies which are in the market?

There are several made to measure companies operating based on the specific local area. They send their tailors to the customer's home and get the measurement done or some of them ask the customers to fill in their measurements online. Visiting homes for each customer's measurement is not advisable in this pandemic situation and some customers are not familiar with the measurement tapes and its usage. This is where we come to you, for a very new experience and makemyclothing.com is using a 3-D technology to measure the customer.

The accuracy of 3d technology is more eminent than manual measurement.

3. Can I make any customization on my order?

Currently, this service is not available and will be added soon to our website.

The customer will get the same style according to their body measurement and any changes in their sleeve length, garment length, and different types of neckline options will be introduced soon.

4. Is it safe and secure to do make my body measurement through our website.?

It is completely safe and secure to do this 3d analysis process through our website.

Your data is end-to-end encrypted and the text link is unique for each customer.

Your photo will auto-generate the measurements and then it will delete once the process is done, so don’t worry about your safety and privacy.

5. Why 2 weeks delivery?

Our orders are all made to measure and we will start making the garment after receiving the receipt of the order. We will only start the stitching process once the order has been placed. Therefore, we need 1 to 2 weeks to deliver the order to you.

6. Why give a Limit Order quantity?

Based on the fabrics and trims availability, the order quantity limitation was fixed for the styles. Once the limitation is fixed, it won’t be repeated most of the time. So customers are advised to place the order before the style gets sold.

7. Can I cancel my order?

All the orders are made to measure and it is getting manufactured based on the customer's measurement. We start the manufacturing process once we receive the order of the customer. Once the order is being placed it can't be canceled or modified.

8. Can I return my order?

We are using a 3d high measuring body technology, so this has more accuracy than humans taking manual measurements of the body. Our Master cutters are experienced to follow the measurement and In any case, the garment that has been received needs more alteration to use, we will return 10% of the garment value to use that money to do the alteration. If the garment is not in an altering stage, we will remake or will return 100% of the order value. Return pickup charges will be paid by Makemyclothing.com
